To ensure successful whitelisting, please adhere to the following requirements:
Accurate Project/Token Name and a Subtitle:
Clearly state the name of your project or token. The subtitle should be descriptive and provide key information about your project.
Project Description:
Provide a comprehensive description of your project, highlighting its purpose, key features, and potential benefits. Explain how your project solves a problem or meets a need in the market. Clearly communicate the value proposition and any unique selling points that sets your project apart from others. A well-written and engaging project description will help attract IDO participants and build confidence in your offering. *Please be sure to include your Website URL (if any) in your Project Description.
Logo File:
Include a high-quality logo file for your project, which should ideally have a transparent background with circular edges and dimensions of 256 pixels x 256 pixels to ensure optimal display.
Please refer to the Logo Guidelines here.
Contact Information:
Provide a reliable email address and Telegram contact where interested individuals can reach you for inquiries, support, or partnership opportunities. Prompt and efficient communication helps build trust and fosters collaboration
Aggregators & Social Media References:
Include any relevant token aggregators and social media accounts associated with your project. These references add credibility and help IDO participants find additional information and community engagement.
Token Smart Contract:
Include the correct token smart contract address. We recommend using a NEAR address with sub-accounts, as it provides enhanced functionality and security. By providing the correct contract address, users can easily verify and interact with your token on the blockchain.
How to determine the token's smart contract address:
Starting Price of the Token:
Specify the initial price at which your token will be offered.
IDO Receivables:
Indicate the amount of IDO receivables in either USD or NEAR. This refers to the funds or tokens that will be received during the IDO phase. It helps participants understand the payment methods available to them should they decide to contribute to the IDO.
Total Tokens Available For IDO:
Clearly state the total amount of tokens available in the IDO phase.
For project owners, the total number of tokens will also be displayed when you deposit your tokens after receiving registration confirmation.
IDO Start Date/Time and End Date/Time:
Specify the precise start and end dates and times for your IDO. This information allows potential participants to plan accordingly.
The IDO Start Period should be at least 72 to 120 hours (3 to 5 days) after the registration submission for the NEAR Genesis Team Evaluation and Admin Approval process.
Cliff Period (Vesting):
If your token has any cliff periods or vesting schedules, clearly define them. A cliff period refers to a specific duration during which token holders are restricted from selling or transferring their tokens. Vesting schedules outline the gradual release of tokens over time. Providing this information helps IDO participants understand the token's liquidity and any limitations on its immediate trading.
Changes:
Changes are NOT allowed once the listing is activated on the blockchain. Project owners should make sure to double check their inputs before submitting their listing applications.
By providing these details, you improve the clarity and completeness of your token registration on our platform, thus increasing the chances of successful whitelisting.
If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team anytime.
Funding Round
Once a project has successfully fulfilled all the listing requirements mentioned above and has been whitelisted, it will be granted immediate approval to list on our platform.
Please note that submitting redundant or repeated listings for the same project will be considered spam. In such cases, the listing fees will be forfeited.
Listing Time
NEAR Genesis will promptly list projects based on the recorded time in the project registration data. Our platform does not implement any pre-listing periods or cool down listing schedules, ensuring that projects can be listed without unnecessary delays.
However, projects must set their start date at least 72 to 120 hours (3 to 5 days) after their Registration submission to allow for Registration evaluation and the Admin approval whitelisting process.
